We See You Watching Lexington on WVLK Radio

We See You Watching Lexington got some great media exposure on WVLK AM 590.

On Sept. 13, I appeared on Kruser and Krew to talk about surveillance in Lexington and our work to ensure that government agencies that use surveillance technology do so with oversight and transparency.

Kruser and I talked about the surveillance cameras recently installed at Berry Hill Skate Park, the red flags they raise and more generally about the potential for abuse inherent in surveillance technology. We also talked a little Tenth Amendment, and I explained how the federal government uses states and localities to create and maintain a broader national surveillance state.
